The calculator works in your browser. We do not ask you to submit names, addresses or property documents.
Information processed
The details selected in the estimator are used locally to calculate a range and are not submitted to us. Our hosting provider may process routine technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time, for security and service operation.
Analytics and advertising
We are not using non-essential analytics or advertising cookies at launch. If that changes, this notice and our cookie information will be updated and any consent required by UK law will be requested before non-essential storage is used.
