Privacy notice
The calculator works in your browser. We do not ask you to submit names, addresses or property documents.
Information processed
The details selected in the estimator are used locally to calculate a range and are not submitted to us. Our hosting provider may process routine technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time, for security and service operation.
Consent-based analytics
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics receives information about visits and interactions, including requested pages, approximate location, device and browser information, scrolls, outbound-link use and completion of our planning tools. Calculator purchase-price entries and individual selector answers are not sent to Analytics. Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalisation are disabled. The Google tag is not loaded if you reject analytics.
Your rights and choices
